Lost or Stolen Cards
If you need to tell us that your card has been lost, stolen or is likely to be misused, then you should call us on 0800 169 2646 or +44 800 169 2646 if abroad. 

If we need to contact you about potential fraud on your account, we will do this via a secure channel including, but not limited to, SMS or Email.

To help you manage your Credit Card, from time to time we will send you free alerts about your account. If you would like not to receive these alerts in the future please contact us. 

You may request a copy of your Agreement at any time while your account remains open.

Our introductory offers

With our Platinum Credit Card you'll pay:

  • 0% on purchases for the first 28 months

  • 0% on balance transfers for the first 18 months

  • For every balance you transfer there's a fee of 2.89%

To keep these rates, make sure you:

  • Transfer balances within the first 3 months

  • Stay within your agreed credit limit

  • Make your minimum payment on time every month

After the offer period

When the 0% periods end any outstanding balance will be charged at your standard variable rate.
New purchases will be charged at the standard variable APR.

What fees do we apply?

We try to keep fees to a minimum but sometimes we do need to charge them

  • If you're late with a payment or go over your credit limit we'll charge £12

  • There is no fee to have the card

With your Platinum Credit Card, you'll pay no fees on:

  • Purchases you make overseas

  • Post Office Travel Money you buy with the card


If you take cash from an ATM while abroad you'll pay a 2.5% cash fee and higher APR of 27.9%.

Spend overseas with no fees

Want to buy something in another currency – online or while you're away?
The Platinum Credit Card won't charge you a fee. And if you pay your balance in full and on time when you get back, that emergency purchase or must-have item will cost you nothing extra.

Withdrawing cash abroad

You can take cash from an ATM overseas, but you'll be charged a cash fee of 2.5% and a higher interest rate of 27.9%. The ATM provider may apply additional fees and cash withdrawal limits.

Check the currency before you pay

Sometimes, retailers and ATMs will give you the option to pay in either the local currency or Sterling. It should always be performed with your consent. Choosing to pay in pounds could mean you're charged additional fees.

Stay in control while you're away

Our online servicing and mobile app let you view and manage your account and spending 24/7.

  • Set up a Direct Debit for any payments you don't want to miss while you're away
  • Keep track of your spending and stay within your credit limit

  • If your mobile number or email adress have changed in the the last 12 months, please let us know your new details in case we need to contact you while you are abroad.

Remember your PIN

Make sure you know your credit card PIN and passwords before you travel.
If you forget, you can view your PIN through online servicing.
