There's no monthly usage limit, so you can browse, stream and download as much as you like. We won't charge you extra or slow your broadband down at peak times like some broadband providers do.

Unlimited weekend calls to UK landlines

Call UK landlines (01, 02 and 03) and 0845/0870 numbers as much as you like between 6pm on Friday and 6am on Monday. That’s 12 more hours of calls each week than BT.

No broadband price rises during your contract

It's easier to budget and plan with a fixed monthly broadband price for the length of your contract (excludes call charges and any extras you choose).

*BROADBAND SPEEDS

Average peak time speed correct as at 29/03/18 and is the speed achievable by at least 50% of customers in the UK, measured at peak time (between 8pm – 10 pm 7 days a week).

Speeds may be lower than the advertised average peak time speeds or any speed estimate we provide due to the quality of line, your distance to the exchange or other factors such as electrical interference. Your broadband service can also slow down a bit at other times due to high demand on the service. We’ll estimate your download speed range when you check availability at your address.

Can you keep your existing number?
In most cases you can keep your existing phone number. If not, we'll tell you before you order.

If you already have broadband from another provider, don't cancel it. It needs to stay active or your switch

Post Office Broadband & Fibre network areas only. Available to existing Post Office customers with a working phone line (excludes cable phone lines). An new line and engineer installation charge of £30 (Unlimited Broadband) or £60 (Unlimited Fibre Broadband) will apply if a new phone line and engineer visit is required. All broadband and Fibre packages are subject to monthly online billing and you must provide a valid email address in order to receive your online bill. If you would like paper bills, a charge of £1.50 per paper bill will apply. Large print and braille bills are always available at no charge, please call us to opt in.

UNLIMITED BROADBAND - 12 MONTH CONTRACT: Prices subject to change. £15.90 a month for 12 month contract, plus a £0 upfront. After 12 months, you will pay the standard monthly price (currently £30). Price includes monthly line rental. Offer ends 11th November 2018.

BROADBAND CONNECT: If you are outside the network area you may be offered our Broadband Connect package for £29 a month plus £10 upfront. 12 month contract. This service is only suitable for web browsing and email and not for streaming, movie downloads, gaming or sending/receiving large files.

FIXED PRICE PROMISE: For all introductory offers (excludes Broadband Connect), the advertised monthly broadband charge will not increase during the minimum contract term (this does not include call packages or other charges, such as call charges or call features).
