Branch Finder

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, branch opening times can change at short notice. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by unplanned closures.

We encourage customers to support their high streets by visiting local businesses and your local Post Office. As you do so, please remember to consider social distancing and where possible remain two metres apart while in and around our branches.

Speed up your visit!

Christmas is our busiest time of the year, so to make your visit with us as quick as possible consider the following:

• Post early to avoid the rush

• Visit during our quieter times – is your local branch open at the weekend, early in the morning or later in the evening when it's usually quieter? Choose a quieter day - generally these are Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, but ask in your local branch to find out their quietest times

To help improve our services, support our colleagues and share your experiences in branch, please leave feedback here.
