Annual multi-trip travel insurance

Going to be going away more than once this year? Post Office® Annual multi-trip travel insurance could be more cost-effective for you.

For just a bit more, add extra cover to your policy

Post Office® Annual multi-trip travel insurance has 5 extra options for you to add onto your main policy. These options are only available to you if you have chosen to buy a Classic or Premium product (apart from hazardous activities, which is also available on the Basic policy). The extra options are:

winter sports cover
golfing cover
hazardous activities
extended holiday cover
no excess fee

Going skiing or taking part in winter sports?

Extra protection for injury, damaged or stolen winter sports equipment and piste closure. Peace of mind when you're:

skiing
snowboarding
snowmobiling
skiing off-piste with a qualified instructor

Off on a golfing break?

Your own golf equipment, any hired equipment and even green fees will be covered by our specialist golf cover in the event of theft or cancellation.

Hazardous activities

Our Basic, Classic and Premium travel insurance covers you for many activities already, but add our hazardous activities option and you'll also be protected when:

scuba diving (30-40 metres)
bungee jumping
sea kayaking
mountain biking

Planning on taking an extended holiday?

Our standard Classic annual multi-trip policy covers trips of up to 31 days, but if that’s not long enough you can extend your cover for unlimited trips of up to 45 days each.
If you are away for more than 45 days then take out our Classic single trip insurance which provides cover for up to 90 days.

Want to avoid paying an excess fee?

Choose this no excess fee¹ option and receive the total amount of any successful claim. You won't need to pay a part of the claim yourself. You can find out more on excess fees by downloading the policy documents.

¹ Excess waiver cannot be taken out together with extended baggage.

Pre-existing medical conditions

It may be that you have an existing medical condition or you have suffered from a serious illness. If this is the case for you or anyone else on the policy you may not be covered under the policy for this or you may need to take additional cover.
