1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Royal Mail Group Ltd employees (and their families), their agents and anyone professionallyconnected with this promotion.
2. To enter: All those purchasing Post Office® Annual Travel Insurance (either online, by phone or over the counter) between 2/06/08and 31/08/08 will receive an automatic entry.
3. Northern Ireland residents only: No purchase necessary. For the same chance of winning in the next available draw,send your name, address, date of birth and contact telephone number on a plain piece of paper to Post Office® Travel Insurance Free Prize Draw, The Leapfrog Group,Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley, Cheshire WA14 5BZ by 31/08/08. Only one entry per person, per envelope. No bulk or third party entries accepted. Proof ofposting is not accepted as proof of receipt. Those without a NI address will be disqualified.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for damaged or illegible entries, orentries that fail to arrive by the closing date.
5. The Prizes: There are 13 prizes of a £2,500 (UK sterling) credit to spend on one holiday of each winner’s choice in onetransaction only (one per prize draw). Prize holidays must be booked through the designated travel agency: Concepts for Travel (ABTA E0121, IATA91265344, ATOL9317).
6. Main Conditions for the Holiday prizes: Locations and travel dates are subject to availability, but travel is not permitted over Bank Holidays, Easter,Christmas and New Year periods. Winners must book their holiday within 90 days of winner notification and all holidays must be taken by 31/08/09. Bookinginvolves a contract between the winner and Concepts for Travel. Key conditions: (a) The prize excludes travel to and from the UK departure airport. (b) The leadpassenger on the booking must be aged 18 years or over at time of travel. (c) The prize winners or lead travellers must provide details of a valid passport for alltravellers at the time of booking. (d) It is the prize winner’s responsibility to arrange passport and visa requirements for all passengers travelling. Passengers musthave full and valid passports to visit all non-UK destinations with at least six months’ validity after the date of return to the UK. Please check with the relevantembassy for current visa requirements. (e) Where holidays cost less than £2,500 no credit or refund will be given for the difference and if a holiday costs over £2,500the winner must pay the difference in full at the time of booking. (f) All holidays must be booked at least 14 days in advance. (g) Strictly no amendments orcancellations can be made once your holiday prize booking is confirmed. (h) All travellers must have adequate travel insurance for the whole holiday.
7. Entrance into the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
8. The Draws: There will be 13 separate weekly prize draws. Customers who purchase a relevant insurance policy during the following dates will be entered into the draw for that week (all in 2008). Draw 1: 2–8 June; Draw 2: 9–15 June; Draw 3: 16–22 June; Draw4: 23–29 June; Draw 5: 30 June – 6 July; Draw 6: 7–13 July; Draw 7: 14–20 July; Draw 8: 21–27 July; Draw 9: 28 July – 3 August; Draw 10: 4–10 August; Draw 11:11–17 August; Draw 12: 18–24 August; Draw 13: 25–31 August.
9. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered
10. Winners for each draw will be selected at random from valid entries by Promo Veritas Ltd, the independent promotional verification service, and be notified by post or phone within 28days of the relevant draw.
