How can I change my reservation?

You can change your journey details before you travel by calling National Express on 08717 818178* (0044 8717 818178 from overseas). Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*Calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.

You will have to pay an amendment fee so please have your credit or debit card details to hand. Please note that you’ll have to pay the extra if your new journey costs more than the original one you booked.

How do I cancel my ticket?

If you no longer want to use your ticket, you will need to go back to where you bought it. We suggest you call National Express on 08717 818178* (0044 8717 818178 from overseas) for more details.

Can I get a refund for the return part of my National Express ticket?

No, National Express won’t give refunds on part-used tickets. To get a refund, you need to have cancelled your entire ticket at least 72 hours before your outward journey.

What should I do if I miss my coach?

If you miss your coach and want to travel on a later service, you’ll need to buy a new ticket. You can only use your ticket for the journey you booked.

How much luggage can I take?
