Post Office Customer Feedback
The Post Office® is looking at ways to make it as easy as possible for customers to tell us about the service we provide. To help us do this, we are running a pilot in 150 branches throughout the UK which offers a variety of ways for all of our customers to feedback to us.
The pilot will last for 12 weeks and will test customer preferences for new ways of providing feed back either through an online survey, via mobile apps or through a new type of telephone survey.
Customers are invited to take part via our printed receipts and leaflets in branch. As a thank you for taking part, customers who visit one of our pilot branches and complete a survey, will have the opportunity to enter a monthly prize draw.
