Where can I find a copy of the Code of practice?

We have a Code of Practice which explains what we will do when there are changes in the Network.

    What is an Outreach service?

Outreach services are an innovative way to provide you with Post Office® products and services in communities where a traditional Post Office® is not viable or practical.  For the majority of outreach services an established subpostmaster (known as the “core” subpostmaster) will travel to, or oversee service at, a nearby community to provide a local Post Office® service in addition to running their own Post Office® branch.  This enables Post Office Ltd to maintain a service in smaller communities in addition to supporting existing branches.  For more information go to the outreach page.

Where can I find my nearest Post Office® branch?

The easiest way to find your nearest Post Office® branch is to use our branch locator.  Just enter your postcode and we will show you all of the nearest branches, you can even find the nearest branch with a specific service such as Passport renewal and Car Tax.
