How it works

If you’re a business you can pay for Royal Mail and Parcelforce products at any local Post Office® with a cheque supported by a Post Office® Cheque Authority Card. Only cheques supported by your Cheque Authority Card will be accepted.

How to apply

Either download an English, or Welsh, application form or pop into your local Post Office® and pick up an application form. Once completed, post (or hand in the form at your local branch) and we'll do the rest.
