    Where can I purchase a One4all Gift Card?

    You can purchase our Gift Card onlineOpens in a new window or at your local Post Office in denominations of £10 to £400.

    I’ve received my Gift Card, what do I do next?

    You can use your card within one working day from time of purchase.  The Gift Card can be used in thousands of outlets nationwide.  You can go directly to the store or service of your choice and present the card at the till.  You can get a full list of participating retailers onlineOpens in a new window or pick up a directory free of charge in your local Post Office.  Please note you must know your balance when presenting the card for payment.

    How can I find out how much is on the card?

    Can the card be topped up?

    The card is a non reloadable card and cannot be topped up.

    Can the retailer give me cash back from the Gift Card?

    The retailer cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card. If the full amount of card is not spent then the balance remains on the card.

    Will the retailer be able to tell me my balance on the Gift Card?

    No. Unfortunately a retailer will not be able to view the balance on a One4all Gift Card. You can view your balance onlineOpens in a new window or call 0845 0822 480*.

    Why was my Gift Card refused?

    There could be several reasons why your Gift Card was refused. The balance on your Gift Card may be less than you thought, or less than the retailer attempted to deduct from your card, the Gift Card could've expired or there may have been an issue with the retailers card processing terminal. If the balance was sufficient to cover the transaction attempted then please call 08700 85 41*

    Why is there a £2.90 fee when purchasing the card online?

    The £2.90 fee is a service charge which covers the administration costs and cost of postage and packaging.

    If I order a Gift Card online, when can I expect to receive delivery of my order?

    Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day and expected delivery of 2-5 working days when sent by standard post. If the courier option is selected, then the card will be delivered within 48hrs. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be handled on the next working day. 

    Orders received after 11am Mon-Fri will be despatched the next working day.

    What happens if I need a refund from a store?

    Normal retailer policy applies and the store will normally refund you with their own vouchers/card.

    I’ve lost my Gift Card, what is the procedure?

    To report your card lost/stolen please call us immediately on 08700 85 41 41*.  Please note you must have your card number in order for us to block your card.  A re-issue fee of £5.00 will apply. Until we receive your initial notification you will remain liable for any debit to the card by the unauthorised use of the lost or stolen card.

    How long are Gift Cards valid for?

    One4all Gift Cards Gift Cards issued prior to May 1st 2011 will expire 18 months from the date of purchase. Please use your card before its expiry date.

    One4all Gift Cards Gift Cards issued between May 1st 2011 and November 30th 2011 will expire 7.5 years from the date of purchase. Please use your card before its expiry date.

    One4all Gift cards issued from December 1st 2011 onwards do not have an expiry date and will remain valid for as long as there is a balance on the One4all Gift Card.

    Where is my Card Verification Value (CVV) number located?

    The CVV number for checking your balance is on the back of the card on the right hand side and it’s covered by panel which you simply scratch to reveal the number.
