Which branches offer Drop & Go?

To find your nearest branch that offers the Drop & Go Branch Service, use our Branch Finder tool, and select ‘Drop & Go’ from the list of ‘services’.

Does Post Office sell office supplies online?

You can find a plentiful selection of office supplies at the online Post Office Shop.

The online shop offers all of the products you’d expect to find in any of our branches, like stamps, postal supplies and stationery. You’ll also find office essentials like printers and printing equipment, desk accessories, plus a full suite of computer equipment.

We also offer a range of collectable items, such as commemorative coins, special edition stamps and a choice of unique gifts.

What’s the Returns Policy for Post Office Shop?

As a customer, you have the right to cancel any order placed with the Post Office Shop within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after your order was placed.

We’ll then process your refund, which will arrive with you within 14 days, from the cancellation date. This is reliant on receipt of the returned goods, or evidence of a return.
